30-Day Exchange Policy – Non-Seasonal Items
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with a non-seasonal item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Here’s how it works:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship out your replacement.
Please note:
• This policy applies only to non-seasonal items.
• Seasonal, holiday, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
